Red Bell Peppers

Dehydrated Red Bell Peppers are prepared from clean, sound and mature peppers that has been properly washed, cored, trimmed and cut into desired size, thoroughly selected by a color sorting Key Tegra and then dried. The product is 100% natural and is prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure good product definitions.

Jalapeño Peppers

Dehydrated Jalapeño Peppers are prepared from clean, sound and mature Jalapeños that has been properly washed, cored, trimmed and cut into desired size, thoroughly selected by a color sorting Key Tegra and then dried. The product is 100% natural and is prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure good product definitions.

Green Bell Peppers

Dehydrated Green Bell Peppers are prepared from clean, sound and mature peppers that has been properly washed, cored, trimmed, cut into desired size, thoroughly selected by a color sorting Key Tegra and then dried. Dehydrated Tomatoes are prepared from clean, sound and mature tomatoes that has been properly washed, cored, trimmed, cut into desired size, thoroughly selected and then dried. The product is 100% natural and is prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure good product definitions.

Dehydrated Fruits

Low Moisture Apple

Low Moisture Apples (also called "dehydrated") are prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been washed, peeled and cored, sorted, trimmed, cut to desired size and properly dehydrated.

High Moisture Apple

High Moisture Apples are prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been washed, peeled and cored, sorted, trimmed, cut to desired size and properly dried to average not more than 26% moisture by weight (Unsulfured product to average not more than 20% moisture).In the case of “dry cut”, an additional cutting is required following the drying process.

Evaporated Apples

Evaporated Apples are prepared from sound, properly ripened fruit which has been washed, peeled and cored, sorted, trimmed, cut to desired size and properly dried to not more than 26% moisture by weight (Unsulfured product to not more than 20% moisture).

Dried Prunes

Dried Prunes are prepared from sound, properly matured D´agen variety prunes which have been dried, washed, rehydrated, Ashlock pitted (if applicable), hand sorted, sorbated (if applicable) and diced (if applicable). The product is prepared, processed, packaged and delivered in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions to assure good product definitions.
